BACKGROUND:

The State of Kansas is in design for the reconstruction of the Polk Quincy Viaduct (PQV Project).  KDOT is acquiring the existing fleet garage adjacent to the LEC for the PQV project.  The garage will need to be demolished.  KDOT has given us until March 31, 2025 to move all staff and equipment out of the garage.  Our Design/Build team is confident that they can remodel the existing garage on the Mainline property to have it substantially complete by 3/31/25.
