RESOLUTION introduced by Interim City Manager William E. Cochran, authorizing and adopting the 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Program and the 2023-2025 Capital Improvement Budget and approving project budgets.
Voting Requirement: Action requires at least six (6) votes of the Governing Body.
(Approval of the ten-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and the three-year Capital Improvement Budget (CIB).)
| | VOTING REQUIREMENTS: | Action requires six (6) votes of the Governing Body. | | POLICY ISSUE: | Whether to adopt the proposed Capital Improvement Plan and Budget. | | STAFF RECOMMENDATION: | Staff recommends the Governing Body move to adopt the resolution. | | BACKGROUND: | The Governing Body will adopt a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) covering a 10-year period and a Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) covering a three-year period. Discussions will continue through the months of April and May 2022.
