APPROVAL of a three-year labor agreement between the City of Topeka and Teamsters Local No. 696, representing street maintenance employees.
Voting Requirement: At least six (6) votes of the Governing Body is required.
(Approval will provide the terms and conditions of the employee-employer relationship as tentatively agreed to between Management and the Union and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement effective January 2022 through December 2022.)
