A RESOLUTION introduced by Councilmember Jeff Coen, granting Happy Basset Brewing an exception to the provisions of City of Topeka Code Section 9.45.150 concerning noise prohibitions. (Council District No. 8)
(City of Topeka Code Section 9.45.170, et seq., authorizes the City Council to grant noise exceptions. Approval would allow for a live band during the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. on July 29, 2017, located at 6044 SW 29th Street.)
